When Will My Order Ship?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase.
Please note that most of our products are large or oversized items, so delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


How Do I Track My Package?

Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking number via email.
Simply visit the carrier’s website and enter your tracking number to view the latest shipping updates.


Why Can't I Track My Order On The Website?

Tracking information may take 2–5 days to appear after shipment.
If you’re unable to find tracking details for your package, please check again after 1–2 days — it’s likely still being updated by the carrier.


Why Is My Shipment Status Not Updating?

Shipment delays can occur for various reasons, including weather conditions, customs clearance, carrier backlogs, or regional logistics capacity.
If your order hasn’t updated for several days, don’t worry — your package is still on the way.

We currently accept PayPal, and major Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express).


What Is Your Return Policy?

If there’s an issue with your order (such as a defective product, incorrect item, or damage during transit), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Our customer service team will review your case and provide return or replacement instructions.
Please do not send any items back before receiving confirmation from our support team.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
